BOARD CERTIFICATION

Dr. Bulan is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS). This is significant because it is the only board certification recognized by the American College of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) in the field of plastic surgery. Other physicians may perform cosmetic surgery procedures, but not all are board-certified as plastic surgeons.

We also have a second office, located in the historic town of Randolph, N.J., in Morris County. Patients who live or work west of our main office can conveniently travel to our Randolph location along Route 10. Our office is located in the College Park Plaza.
